My enterprising approach to litigation involves beginning at the end. In order to execute the most effective resolution, the desired outcome is identified early in the process. Procedure is followed only when it adds value, but not for the sake of it. Creativity combined with sound judgment goes a long way towards eliminating extraneous steps and moving a matter to its satisfactory conclusion as quickly and directly as possible.
